Nonna’s recipes weren’t written down, but they were unforgettable.

We still use them. We just plate them up a little differently. Fortuna brings the best parts of home cooking into a space that feels fresh. Everything is kosher. Nothing is rushed. And yes, you’ll definitely want seconds.

We don’t just cook; we honor the legacy of real, honest food. Our kitchen is dairy-free and exclusively uses premium Glatt kosher meats. The result? Dishes that are rich in flavor and deep in meaning, made to share with the people who matter most.

Fortuna began with a handful of recipes and a whole lot of heart. When Nonna moved here, she didn’t bring much, but she brought what mattered. Spices wrapped in paper. Stories stitched into every step. And a deep belief that good food can hold a family together. Today, we still cook that way. Kosher. Dairy-free. Always with purpose. Always with love.
