Mimuna is a Morrocan Jewish tradition that marks the end of Passover. At Fortuna we celebrated with 30+ kinds of homemade cookies and sweets and of course we were making Mufletta all night long. The vibes were high, the drinks were flowing, and the bread was leavening!
